Meet Our Instructor
Dr. Devin Trachman, PT, DPT, OCS is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Clinic Director, educator, and speaker specializing in healthy aging, strength development, injury prevention, and long-term physical independence.
With more than a decade of clinical experience, she has helped thousands of individuals improve mobility, recover from injury and surgery, build strength, and maintain the physical capabilities needed to live active, fulfilling lives. Devin is passionate about translating complex health and fitness concepts into practical strategies that people can immediately apply.
Within Active Grandparents Club, Devin teaches evidence-based strategies to help members improve strength, balance, endurance, mobility, and confidence so they can continue doing the things they love - and keep up with the people they love most.

The fitness guidance and weekly live calls are led by a certified Doctor of Physical Therapy, so you can feel confident that the movement and education are designed with safety, function, and real-life mobility in mind.

What happens on the weekly live calls?
Weekly live calls are a place to learn, ask questions, stay motivated, and connect with other grandparents on the same journey.
These calls are warm, supportive, and beginner-friendly. You’ll get guidance, encouragement, accountability, and practical tips to help you stay consistent.
What if I can’t attend the live calls?
That’s okay. All live calls will be recorded, so you can watch them later whenever it works best for you.
Even if you can’t join live every week, you’ll still be able to benefit from the guidance, tips, Q&A, and support shared during each call — along with full access to the fitness programs, recipes, activity ideas, community posts, and other resources inside the club.
The goal is to make this fit your life — not add pressure to it.
