We offer a 365-day money-back guarantee, which means you have up to 365 days after receiving your item to request a return — because we believe you deserve plenty of time to experience the difference for yourself.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in good condition, with original packaging and reasonable use.

Excessive wear, visible damage, or improper use may void eligibility.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.
