Eligibility for Returns

You have up to 365 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items must be in good condition, with original packaging and only reasonable use.

Excessive wear, visible damage, or misuse may void eligibility.

Return Process

We do not provide prepaid return labels for any returns. Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
As a convenient alternative, we offer a 50% refund option that allows you to keep the product without the hassle or expense of return shipping. Many customers find this option saves both time and money. If you're interested in this option, simply let us know when you contact us.
If you prefer a full refund, you may send the package back using your preferred carrier, with tracking recommended. Please include your name and order number inside the package to ensure we can process your refund promptly once we receive and verify the return.

Delivered but Not Received Orders
If tracking information confirms that an order has been successfully delivered, the delivery address provided at checkout is correct, and the carrier or supplier provides documentation confirming delivery, the order will be considered fulfilled.
In these cases, we are happy to offer one complimentary reshipment of the order as a courtesy.

Refunds are not available for orders confirmed as delivered.

The reshipment must be sent to a new or alternate address, as the original address was unsuccessful.

We are unable to offer additional reshipments beyond the first replacement.
We recommend customers check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the local carrier prior to contacting us, as packages are often located shortly after delivery.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement item is to return the original and then place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, please contact us at support@mynivaro.com.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can make it right quickly.
Return Authorization Requirement
All returns must first be submitted through our official Return Request Form. This form ensures your request is reviewed fairly and securely, and allows us to provide the quickest resolution. Requests sent without a completed form will not be accepted. Once your form is submitted, our team will review it within 48 hours and follow up with next steps.
