Important Safety Guidelines
Falling Hazard – Important Usage Guidelines
- Always adjust the seat and strap to keep your toddler snug and close to your body
- Before placing your child in the seat, loosen the strap for a comfortable fit—then tighten it securely once they're seated
- Be mindful of your movements, especially when walking, leaning, or reaching
- Always bend at the knees, not at the waist, to maintain balance and stability
- This carrier is designed for children aged 9 months to 4 years, up to a maximum of 45 lbs
- Your balance can be affected by your child’s movements, so move with care—especially when leaning forward or sideways
- Not intended for use during sports or high-impact activities
- Hands-free use is possible but it's highly recommended to keep one hand underneath your child at all times
Suffocation Hazard – Safety Guidelines for Younger Toddlers
- Children 4 months and under can suffocate if face is pressed tight against your body. We do not recommend using it for infants under 6 months of age
- When strapping in your toddler, keep them close—but not too tight. A little room allows for natural movement and easy breathing
- Always make sure your child’s face is visible and free from any obstructions
- Ensure there’s enough space for their head to move comfortably and their airway remains clear at all times
Helpful Safety Reminders
- Always keep an eye on your child while using the carrier
- For children with medical conditions or low birth weight, check with your healthcare provider before use
- Avoid using the carrier during any activity involving heat, sharp objects, or chemicals
- Before each use, double-check that all buckles and adjustments are secure
- Inspect the carrier for any signs of wear, such as torn fabric, damaged buckles, loose stitching, or missing parts. Discontinue use if anything appears damaged
- Make sure your child is seated properly in the carrier, with legs positioned correctly and securely
- This product is not suitable for premature infants, babies with breathing difficulties, or those under 6 months of age
- Do not use the carrier if your balance or mobility is affected—for example, if you're tired, unwell, or recovering from exercise
- Never wear the carrier while driving or riding in any vehicle
- When not in use, store the carrier safely out of reach of children
- Only use the carrier with children who can sit upright and hold their head up on their own
